To Whom and for What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?

Pramid may transfer your personal data to third parties only for the purposes described in this notice and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD. Such parties include:

  • Domestic and international business partners and service providers (e.g., call centers, delivery companies, database providers, consultants) and affiliated companies of Pramid, to the extent necessary to fulfill services

In addition, customers (end users) consent to the transfer of their payment method, membership, and order details to iyzico Payment Services Inc., for the purposes of payment processing, fraud prevention, and investigation. These data will be processed and stored by iyzico in accordance with its most current Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.iyzico.com/gizlilik-politikasi/

  • Public institutions and authorities as required by laws such as the Internet Law No. 5651, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and LPPD

  • Judicial authorities and authorized public institutions, in order to fulfill legal obligations and exercise legal rights (e.g., lawsuits, defenses)

b) To request information regarding the processing activities
c) To learn the purposes of processing and whether data is used accordingly
ç) To learn the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom personal data has been transferred
d) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons for processing no longer exist or there is no legal basis or legitimate interest
f) To request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be informed of the requests under (d) and (e)

  • Turkish ID number (for citizens); nationality and passport or ID number (for foreigners)

  • Notification address (residential or business)

  • If available, email address, phone, and fax number for notification

  • The subject of your request

Supporting documents should be attached to your application as needed.

Fees and Response Time

If the application requires additional cost, you may be asked to pay a fee as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, depending on its nature.

Amendments

Pramid reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice due to potential changes in the LPPD or instructions by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
