Explicit Consent Statement Regarding the Processing of Personal Data in Relation to the Distance Sales Agreement
I hereby acknowledge that Pramid İnşaat Malzemeleri Isı Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Data Controller” or “Company”) has provided me with the “Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data Regarding the Distance Sales Agreement,” in which the categories of personal data to be processed, the specific personal data, the purposes of processing, the recipients of the data, methods of collection, legal grounds, the identity of the data controller, and the rights I possess have all been explained in a clear and comprehensible manner. I have read and understood the contents of this information document.
Except for the processing activities that fall under the scope of exceptions stipulated in Article 5/2 (a, c, ç, e, f) of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”), which include: “processing required by law, establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interests of the data controller,” I hereby give my explicit consent—being fully aware of the meaning and consequences of this statement and consciously acknowledging the possible future implications—for the processing of my personal data that are not covered by the mentioned exceptions, in accordance with the purposes, scope, categories, transfers, methods, and legal grounds as detailed in the Clarification Text.
In this context, under the LPPD, I freely consent to the collection, recording, storage, safeguarding, modification, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, accessibility, classification, and prevention of use—whether fully or partially automatic, or non-automatic provided that it is part of any data recording system—of my personal data by the Company in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with the “Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data Regarding the Distance Sales Agreement” and the “Clarification Text Regarding the Use of Cookies” available on the website www.pramid.com.tr.
Furthermore, I consent to these actions being carried out, if deemed appropriate, either wholly or partially by other data controllers designated by the Company, and where necessary, to the sharing of my personal data with relevant public institutions and organizations, and with third parties who are business partners or solution providers in connection with commercial relationships—all in accordance with the scope and limits specified.
