Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days. Although it is principle that no fee shall be charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Data Subject undertakes that the information covered by this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate, and up-to-date and agrees to update this information immediately in the event of any changes. If the Data Subject does not provide up-to-date information, the Company shall not be held responsible.

In the event the Data Subject makes a request that results in the Company being unable to use any personal data, the Data Subject acknowledges that they may not be able to fully benefit from the functionality of the Site and agrees that all liability in this regard belongs to them.
